Welcome to the website of Vectra AV Engineering ("we", "our", or "us") at https://www.vectravengineering.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, in line with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Contact Form and Enquiries

  • When you submit the contact form ("Request a Consultation" or similar), you agree to provide accurate information and that we may use your name, email, phone, and message to respond and provide our AV engineering and related services.
  • Submissions do not create a contract for services. Any engagement will be subject to separate agreements between you and Vectra AV Engineering.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and layout) are owned by Vectra AV Engineering or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. You may link to our homepage in a fair and non-misleading way.

4. No Warranty

  • The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Information on the Site (e.g. services, capabilities) is for general information only and does not constitute professional advice. For project-specific advice, please contact us directly.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectra AV Engineering and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
  • Our total liability in connection with the Site shall not exceed the amount (if any) you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred (100) US dollars, whichever is greater.

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
